Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid penalties. Cancellations made within the same day or less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service and may be required to prepay for all future bookings.
